Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Payment Terms

• Payment Processing: All payments for SLGM LLC’s workshops are processed securely through Stripe. By registering for a workshop, you agree to the charges being processed by Stripe on behalf of SLGM LLC.
• Currency: All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD), and payments will be processed in USD.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellation by Customer: Cancellations must be requested via email at hello@slg2m.com at least 7 days before the workshop date for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop will not be eligible for a refund.
• Cancellation by SLGM LLC: In the unlikely event that the workshop is canceled by SLGM LLC, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your registration to a future workshop.

3. Access to Workshop

• Online Access: Registered participants will receive a link to access the workshop via Google Meet. Please ensure that you have a stable internet connection to participate.
• Recording: The workshop may be recorded for quality assurance and future reference. By participating, you consent to being recorded. Recordings will be made available to participants within 48 hours after the workshop.

4. Intellectual Property

• Content Ownership: All materials, handouts, and content provided during the workshop are the intellectual property of SLGM LLC and are intended for personal use only. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or use the materials for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
• License: By attending the workshop, you are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the workshop materials.

5. Data Privacy

• Personal Information: Any personal information collected during the registration process will be used solely for the purpose of administering the workshop and will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Payment Information: Payment details provided through Stripe are encrypted and processed securely. SLGM LLC does not store any payment information.

6. Liability

• Disclaimer: SLGM LLC makes no guarantees regarding specific results from attending the workshop. The content provided is for educational purposes and should not be considered professional advice.
• Limitation of Liability: SLGM LLC will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the workshop, including but not limited to technical issues that prevent participation.

7. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Cook County, Illinois.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

• SLGM LLC reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to participants prior to the workshop.
