Margaret van Steenderen is an experienced leadership development coach with an MBA and a Master’s in Business Executive Coaching. Her focus is on facilitating personal change and neuroplasticity to enhance leadership skills, guiding individuals to reshape their habits and thoughts to become more effective leaders and impactful individuals.
Margaret’s career began in the world of IT, a solid foundation that taught her the value of precision and problem-solving. The transition from managing systems to leading people was a journey of discovery, one that took her from the tech scene to strategic operations to learning and development and talent management.
Beyond the corporate strategy, Margaret is passionate about learning and development. She believes deeply in the power of education and coaching to transform lives. Whether creating training programs or guiding leaders, her aim is to foster growth and innovation.
She began this adventure at 28, leading to two master’s degrees – an MBA and a Master’s in Business Executive Coaching. These degrees have been vital tools in her mission to connect with and inspire others on a deeper level.

Deryck van Steenderen is an environmentalist and entrepreneur.
Deryck graduated from Cambridge Universities’ CISL Business Sustainability Management course in 2021 and is a member of a diverse community of business professionals who believe that business plays a critical role in achieving Global Sustainability Goals. He completed both the BAFTA Albert and AdGreen Sustainable Production training, trained as a Sustainable Production Trainer with AdGreen, completed the IPA Ad Net Zero Essentials Certificate and Diversity and Inclusion Essentials Certificate, and is certified Carbon Literate by the Carbon Literacy Project.
Deryck initially studied Landscape Design and Environmental Management at CPUT in Cape Town, South Africa. He worked in Industrial and Commercial Landscape Design and Construction that included Environmental Rehabilitation and Restoration. He then moved into Media and Marcomms working on projects from ATL Advertising to Reality TV and Editorial content.
He sincerely believes that people need to be rewilded as much as ecosystems do, a core focus of his work, as people reconnected to Nature naturally support and protect it. With this is mind he completed his Level 3 Survival training and Advanced Medicine (Wilderness Medical Training) in order to faciliate reconnecting people with Nature.
He brings an alternative perspective to SLGM, providing solutions to common corporate challenges.
Deryck is based in Hampshire, United Kingdom, working internationally.
