MEET MARGARET VAN STEENDEREN

As the Lead Development Coach and Founder of SLGM, I bring over two decades of experience in Learning & Development and Project Management. My background includes roles such as Global Operations Director and Global Talent Director at Duke Corporate Education and Group Learning and Development Manager at Phumelela Gaming & Leisure. I hold a Management Masters in Business Executive Coaching (MMBEC) and MBA from Wits Business School, along with an Honors in Psychology and a BA in Information Science & Psychology, cum laude, from the University of Johannesburg. My coaching style is rooted in a growth mindset, accountability, and client direction, designed to help leaders achieve their full potential.
